Picasa is an image organizer and image viewer for organizing and editing digital photos, plus an integrated photo-sharing website, originally created by a company named Lifescape (which at that time may have resided at Idealab) in 2002 and owned by Google since 2004. "Picasa" is a blend of the name of Spanish painter Pablo Picasso, the phrase mi casa (Spanish for "my house") and "pic" for pictures (personalized art). In July 2004, Google acquired Picasa from its original author and began offering it as freeware.

SketchUp is a 3D modelling program for a broad range of applications such asarchitectural, civil, mechanical, film as well as video game design and available in free as well as 'professional' versions.
The program highlights its ease of use, and an online repository of model assemblies (e.g., windows, doors, automobiles, entourage, etc.) known as 3D Warehouse enables designers to locate, download, use and contribute free models. The program includes a drawing layout functionality, allows surface rendering in variable "styles," accommodates third-party "plug-in" programs enabling other capabilities (e.g., near photo realistic rendering) and enables placement of its models within Google Earth.

Pepakura Designer adalah sebuah software yang dapat memecah (unfold) sebuah model 3D menjadi parts papercraft lengkap dengan flaps dan folding line nya. Software ini juga memiliki fitur untuk mengubah ukuran dan bentuk flaps, mengubah ukuran model, dan lain-lain. Post kali ini merupakan request dari teman saya.

New updates Pepakura v3.1.0 :

1. A menu to export the unfolded pattern separately into multiple DXF files was added as (File)-(Export)-(Vector Format)-(Multi-Files DXF). 
2. The part which is selected on the 2D Window is highlighted on the 3D Window. 
3. Amenu to check the overlapping parts was added as (2D Menu)-(Check Overlapping Parts) 
4. Double-clicking an edge on the 3D Window before unfolding selects multiple edges on the edge-ring at a time. 
5. An edit mode on which measures the distance between two points was added as (2D Menu)-(Edit Mode)-(Measure Distance between Two Points).
